How much do services cost?

Fees vary based on the services provided and are set out below:


Registered Social Worker

$160 per 50 minute individual, family or parent coaching in-office, telephone or video session.

$80 per 25 minute individual, family or parent coaching in-office, telephone or video session.

Psychotherapy services are available to residents of Ontario via in-person, telephone or video session.  Coaching services are available worldwide, please contact to discuss this option further.

Payment is due at the time of service.  Accepted methods of payment include cash, etransfer and major credit cards.  A receipt will be issued when payment is received. 



Registered Social Workers are often covered under extended health benefits, please check with your insurance provider to inquire about individual coverage.  Receipts may also be submitted under personal medical deduction on your income tax.


what happens if i miss a session or need to cancel?

All cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  If you miss an appointment or do not provide 24 hours notice a flat fee of $50 will apply.  


What can I expect during the first session?

At the first appointment all clients are asked to sign an agreement of confidentiality, an understanding of the cancellation policy along with an agreement for fees charged.  Following this you will be asked to share your current concerns, your expectations for working together and your goals for therapy.  The first session will be used to evaluate the needs of you, your child and/or your family and to discuss treatment recommendations for moving forward and working together.


How long will i attend therapy for?

Treatment times will vary by individual and can be discussed at the outset of the relationship and evaluated as things progress. Frequency of appointments can be discussed and decided upon by the child and family to meet individual needs and goals.



Confidentiality is key to any therapeutic relationship and WE respect privacy and confidentiality at all times.  Disclosure of personal information will require signed consent by both the individual and the family, if applicable.  Exceptions to confidentiality include disclosure of risk of harm to self or others, SUSPICION of child abuse or when required by court order.
