With so many things going around us it's hard for both adults and kids to control their emotions all the time. But why is that?
Sometimes when a lot of little things go wrong, it can lead to a big emotional blow up and be like a boiling pot overflowing. It can be hard to handle everything happening on a day-to-day basis.
