Having worked with many children, youth, young adults and their families over the last several years our clinicians have had the opportunity to see people have the strength, resilience and skill to meet their goals. Each approach will be tailored to your individual needs, through mental health therapy and supportive counselling, and designed with your goal in mind.
The therapeutic approaches that are used are based on client goals by drawing on individual and family strengths, building on existing skills and developing new strategies and coping mechanisms using the following evidence based interventions.

FAMILY THERAPY (FOR CHILDREN AGES 10+)
PARENT COACHING (FOR CHILDREN UNDER AGE 10)
**Children under the age of 10 may be seen individually with a parent coaching component built in as this allows for all members of the family to be involved in making positive changes and maximizing positive outcomes.**
